Costs:

Camp Firefly $1,650.00

Firefly Teen Camp $1,875.00

Camp Firefly has a limited amount of partial scholarships, based on financial eligibility. Please contact the Camp Director for more information.

Transportation
Camp Firefly does not provide transportation to or from camp.

Insurance
Camp Firefly provides group therapy daily through the encampment. Families can submit to their insurance companies to help supplement the cost of camp. Families are encouraged to contact their insurance companies to determine if group therapy is a covered service on their plan.  Families are responsible for the full camp fee.

How to Register

• New camper interview, call to schedule at 847-412-4363
• Complete and return registration form to the Camp Director
• Submit your $500.00 non-refundable deposit (or pay in full)
• Submit a letter from the participant’s teacher and/or mental health provider
• Complete all forms and documentation on CampMinder (Information regarding CampMinder will be emailed to you following acceptance of the participant for camp)
• ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY APRIL 15, 2012   
• Registration is based on a first come, first served basis
